Brandywine Home Services LLC ("Brandywine," "we," "us") operates a booking platform at brandywinehomepros.com that connects homeowners in Hancock County, Indiana and nearby areas with independent, insured home-service contractors ("Pros"). We do not perform the services ourselves. Each job is performed by an independent contractor who is not our employee. We handle quoting, scheduling, dispatch, payment processing, and customer support.
The price shown on our quote page is based on the details you enter. By booking, you confirm those details are accurate and that the conditions you attest to at booking (access, clear work area, secured pets, no undisclosed hazards) are true. If conditions on arrival materially differ, the surcharge and walkaway process in our Service Standards applies, including a $35 trip fee if the crew cannot proceed and you decline the alternatives offered.
Pre-launch reservations lock in the quoted price for 12 months from the reservation date for the service and property described, provided conditions match the booking.
We place an authorization hold on your card when you book. Your card is charged only after the work is completed. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number. Surcharges accepted under Section 2 are added to the final charge and itemized on your receipt. Tips entered through our platform go entirely to the Pro.
If the completed work does not meet our published Service Standards and you tell us within 72 hours, we will send a crew back within 72 hours at no additional charge. If you are still unsatisfied after the redo, we refund the original payment in full. The guarantee covers the booked scope only. See the Service Standards page for the full process.
Every Pro carries general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence, which we verify at onboarding. Claims for property damage caused by a Pro are handled through that Pro's insurance; we will assist you in making the claim. To the fullest extent permitted by Indiana law, Brandywine's own liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive transactional text messages about your booking (confirmation, crew arrival window, completion photo, and service follow-up). Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. We do not send marketing texts without separate consent. See our Privacy Policy.
Pros are bound by a non-solicitation agreement. Please book repeat work through brandywinehomepros.com; it keeps the insurance, guarantee, and payment protections in place for you.
Contact us first at hello@brandywinehomepros.com; most issues resolve within one business day. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the state courts located in Hancock County, Indiana. We may update these terms. The effective date above changes when we do, and bookings made after that date are governed by the updated terms.
